1. Introduction

Nord Business Consulting Limited ("Company" or "We") is committed to protecting the privacy of users of the Sentient Siege application ("App"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it when you use our App.

2.1 Account Information

When you register for an account, we collect:

Name, email address, and profile photo provided through your Google or Apple account
In-app display name and profile image you set within the App

2.2 Location Data

            Our App is a map-based strategy game. It uses your device's GPS location
            for gameplay purposes. Your location is collected solely for positioning
            on the game map and is shown to other players at the district level only.
            Location permission can be disabled in the App settings.
        

2.3 Game Data

Your robot army, resources, statistics, and achievements
Attack missions, support missions, and battle reports
Research, production, and defense structure progress
Owned cosmetic items and equipment preferences
Event participations and rewards

2.4 Messaging Data

When you use the in-app messaging feature, message content, timestamps, and read status are stored. Messaging permission can be disabled in the App settings.

2.5 Device Information

Device model, manufacturer, and operating system version
App version and build number
Whether the device is physical or a simulator

2.6 Notification Data

We store your Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) device token to send push notifications. Notification permission can be disabled in the App settings.

2.7 Purchase Information

In-app purchases are processed by Apple or Google. We only store purchase verification data (product ID, transaction ID) and ownership status. We do not have access to your payment information.

2.8 Usage and Analytics Data

We use Firebase Analytics to anonymously track in-app interactions (such as store visits, product views, and purchase events). This data is used to improve the App.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

Creating and managing your account
Providing and personalizing the game experience
Operating map-based game mechanics
Generating battle missions and battle reports
Verifying in-app purchases
Sending push notifications

Our App uses the following third-party services:

Google Firebase: Authentication, database, file storage, notifications, analytics, and app security
Google Maps: Map display and location services
Google Gemini AI: Battle report generation (server-side)
Apple App Store / Google Play: In-app purchase processing
Google Sign-In / Sign in with Apple: Account authentication

5. Data Security

We implement the following measures to protect user information:

6. Data Retention and Deletion

Your game data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request account deletion through the in-app settings. When your account is deleted, all your personal data, game progress, and messages are permanently removed.

7. Children's Privacy

Our App is intended for users aged 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child, we will promptly delete that information.

8. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Right to know whether your personal data is being processed
Right to request information about processed personal data
Right to know the purpose of processing and whether data is used accordingly

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. In the event of significant changes, we will notify users through the App. We recommend reviewing this policy periodically.
